Building G receives planning consent
Planning permission for Building G was granted in June 2023.
Building G will provide 374 homes, of which 68 are Affordable Rent homes and 50 are First-Time-Buyer homes.
A range of home sizes have been designed, from Manhattans, 1 bed and 2 bed apartments to large 3 & 4 bedroom family apartments.
Stepped terraces and bay windows form a large part of the building design, creating generous amenity and views across the City. The stepped terrace also provides distinction between Buildings F, G and H, to create a rich townscape and varied experience when walking through London Dock’s public realm.
Building G wraps around a central residents’ garden and public play area. The public realm surrounding the building continues the Quayside and Promenade routes that run west-east along the masterplan.
