St George has now submitted the London Dock Buildings H&J planning application, which is available on London Borough of Tower Hamlets’ planning portal under the ref [TBC] while the Council considers the application and holds its own consultation process. This website will be updated with any new information relating to the planning application in due course.

Planning History and Update

Hybrid planning permission was granted for the whole London Dock masterplan in 2014. Since that time, St George has delivered or secured planning permission for 1,504 of the 1,800 homes originally consented.

The details of each building’s design have been delivered in stages, and most recently, planning permission has been granted for Building G. St George is now looking to submit a planning application for the final buildings at London Dock, Buildings H and J.
