Gauging Square was opened to the public in April 2018 and has been a huge success.

The first residents of Emery Wharf and Cashmere Wharf moved into their homes in 2021. Merino Wharf has recently been completed and welcomed its first residents in March 2022. With the completion of Merino Wharf came the opening of the first Water Garden and Market Garden, which are the beginning of a landscape series which will continue throughout the masterplan.

Saffron Wharf is under construction and is due to be completed in 2025. This will form the first of the family of buildings that run along the Quayside.

St George continues to work hard to minimise impacts on our neighbours. London Dock is registered with the Considerate Constructor Scheme and we were recently awarded an Excellent performance level in May.
